We sell only original Apple and Samsung equipment. Before going on sale, each device undergoes diagnostics at a service center, including for originality - there are many methods that only professionals know about. Where can I see photos of the devices?

Photos of each device can be seen on the Breezy.ge website by selecting the model and scrolling down the product card.

Who provides warranty for the devices?

The warranty is provided by the Breezy service center.

No, we do not buy such devices.

Do you buy non-working devices?

Yes, we do, but the price for such a device will be significantly reduced. The main condition is that the device must turn on.

Is the estimated price on the website final?

Yes, if you carefully followed the prompts and instructions and answered all questions honestly. The estimated cost may change during a repeated diagnostics if it is found that the condition of the device does not correspond to what you stated in the questionnaire.

What influences the estimated value of a used device?

The redemption price depends on the model of the device, the appearance of the gadget, its technical condition. The price is also affected by the presence of the factory box and original accessories.

Do I need to bring a box or accessories for my phone?

The buyback price will increase if you hand over the device with the factory box and accessories. But their presence is not at all necessary.

Do you need personal documents for sale?

To sell a device in Trade-In, you need your passport. We accept devices from customers who are 18 years of age or older.

How can I get money for the device?

You can receive money by transfer to a card or in cash. Another option is a certificate for an amount equal to the price of your gadget. With this certificate, you can buy the product you need in our store.

What devices can be sold?

We accept all Apple equipment (iPhone, iPad, iMac, MacBook, Apple Watch, AirPods), as well as Android smartphones. The list is constantly updated, the latest information is in the Trade-In calculator on our website.

What will happen to my data on the old device? Can it be accessed by someone else?

Before you hand over your device for Trade-In, you need to make a backup copy of your data on iCloud or an external drive. You need to delete the data from the device itself. If you have difficulty doing this, we will help.

In which cities is Trade-In / Buy-out valid?

Currently, the Trade-In program is only available in Tbilisi, but we are already working on making it possible to send a device for evaluation from anywhere in Georgia.

What do you do with the equipment you buy?

The gadget accepted for Trade-In is sent to our production for detailed diagnostics and disinfection. Then everything depends on the diagnostic results. If the device successfully passes the diagnostics, it can be sold to us or our partners.

Is it possible to exchange an iPhone for a MacBook?

Yes, you can – we exchange any equipment available in the calculator for any product you like in the catalog. All you have to do is pay the difference in price between the old and new device.

Bonuses are awarded after you purchase any product in Breezy stores on the 15th day after payment.

How to use bonuses when paying?

When placing an order on the website, select the payment method “Bonus points”. When paying in a physical store, you can provide the phone number specified in your personal account on the website to pay with points.

How do I find out how many points I have?

You can check the balance of your bonus account in your personal account on the Breezy.by website. Points are awarded on the 15th day after payment.

With bonus points you can pay up to 99% of the cost of any goods in Breezy stores.

How long do I have to use my bonus points?

Bonus points are valid for 180 days from the date of accrual. After this period, unspent points are lost.

Can I use bonuses when paying in offline stores?

Why can't I use bonus points?
